Claim reporting process
Clients can advise Sesiro Insurance Company of a potential claim in the following ways:

All claims should be notified within 30 days from the date the loss occurred. If that is not the case a late notification letter should be written by the client giving reasons for late notification.
Windscreen claims
• Completed glass claim form
• Copy of registration book
• Copy of driver’s license of the person
who was driving
• Police report in cases of break in
• Two repair quotations
Property Damage or loss (i.e. All Risks)
• Completed claim form
• Two repair/replacement quotations
• Police report/abstract in cases of theft and affidavit in cases of loss
• Late notification letter in cases (stating
reasons for late notice) in cases where the claim is reported 30 days after the loss
Homeowners claims
• Completed property loss/damage claim form
• Two repair quotations inclusive of material and labour
• Police report/affidavit in cases of burglary
House contents including Glass claims
• Completed claim form
• Two repair/replacement quotations
• Police report/abstract in cases of theft and affidavit in cases of loss
