Home Owners Insurance
Our homeowners insurance, also known as buildings insurance, protects your property against various insured events including fire, lightning and weather-related damage. The coverage includes any water damage caused by leaking or overflowing from geysers, tanks, pipes, and gutters. Your property is also protected against both malicious and accidental damage.
EXCLUSIONS
We are not responsible for:
- If the house is empty for more than 45 days in a row, the client must pay the first P3500 of any loss or damage.
- Damage that happens slowly over time, like wear and tear, or things breaking down gradually.
- Damage caused by rust, mold, corrosion, or decay.
- Damage from roots or weeds.
- Damage caused by termites, pests, or insects.
